All apartments are equipped with Samsung LED Smart TV's. You can view basic cable TV channels from Spectrum or connect via our network or HDMI.
Bedroom Comforts
Each bedroom is equipped with a fully made bed. Fresh linens, sheets, pillow covers, and comforters are provided at check-in.

An automatic dishwasher is installed in all kitchens.

Each unit comes with a washer and dryer. They are easy to operate and have an abundance of functions.
Free Parking
Tenants are issued one parking spot free of charge.

Silverware sets, pots, pans, a cutting board with knives, and other utensils needed in the kitchen are all ready for your use.

Check-In & Checkout
You can schedule your move-in date and time with our Office Manager. A security deposit and your first rent payment will be due when you move-in. We will require an advance notice from you when you move-out.

There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the building. Also, just few blocks away on Broad Avenue is filled with restaurants of all type of cuisine.
Activities
Union 113 is located just a couple of blocks away from Overpeck Park in Palisades Park with playground, baseball, football fields and town swimming pool. There is the famous
Kings Sauna and Spa located less than a block away from Union 113. Broad Avenue offers shopping, library, bars and dining.

In addition to local shopping on Broad Avenue in walking distance, Union 113 is just 15 minute drive from The Westfield Mall, which is one of the largest malls in the U.S. Route 4 and Route 17 near by also offers many other malls and stores.

Shop Rite supermarket is two blocks away from Union 113. Also within 5-10 minute drive, you can find H-Mart, CVS, Walmart and Costco.
Transportation
Union 113 is located in Palisades Park, NJ. Just a 15 minute drive to the GWB, its proximity to New York City makes it ideal for visitors, tourists, and commuters. There are multiple NJ Transit bus routes and stops in walking distance to get you where you need to go. Shuttle service to midtown NYC and Queens are available in front of the Kings Sauna.
